Goodbye Summer

It's the last day of Summer and it looks like the middle of Winter outside. Spencer has spent most of the day curled up with his nose tucked under his tail.

This week I focused on Spencer's whiskers, one of my favourite features of his. When Spence gives kisses, he doesn't slurp you with his tongue like other dogs. He touches his muzzle to your cheek. It's gentle and soft and his whiskers tickle. I love it.

Pet Expo

The Melbourne Pet and Animal Expo was on last weekend, and I went along on Sunday to check out the dogs. The Expo isn't the best place for photography, what with the crowds of people and the busy, distracting backgrounds. I did manage to get a few decent photos though, and lots of pats and cuddles with some beautiful dogs.

This Rottweiler was my favourite. His name is Merlin and he has a great temperament to go with his good looks.

Something totally different this week.

I wish Blogger didn't over-sharpen photos so much. I already sharpen my images, I don't need you to do it for me, Blogger! And this image was supposed to be soft..  *whinge*
